RETURN POLICY

Online Return Policy

Thank you for shopping CambridgeWear. Our goal is for you to be happy and satisfied with your purchase.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for exchange or a full refund less any shipping charges. All merchandise must be returned to us within 14 days of the date you received the item(s), with the original receipt, and meet the criteria listed below.

  • Items must be returned to us in their original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and have the original tags attached. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in a return shipment, therefore we recommend the use of an insured and trackable shipping service.
  • All sale items, lingerie, and earrings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
